Mike Palacios

Mike Palacios is the managing director of Havoc Digital, owner of pinoyexchange.com or PEX. He graduated in 1998 with a degree in Economics and always had the love for writing and publishing. His first job was at a dotcom where he learned HTML, and with the knowledge he gained, he started making websites. Later on, he worked with two other companies but eventually decided to run his own web operation from home -- from his bedroom to be more specific.
